1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Secure Seal Finance Suite website, software, coaching programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Secure Seal Enterprise provides a corporate credit building system designed to help business owners establish business credit linked to their Employer Identification Number (EIN) without personal guarantees. Our Services include self-paced training modules, live coaching sessions, software access, and educational resources.

We are an educational and coaching service. We do not guarantee specific funding amounts, credit approvals, or financial outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business structure, compliance, and the policies of third-party lenders and credit bureaus.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. You represent that any business information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any entity you reference.

4. Accounts & Access

When you enroll, you may receive access credentials for our software platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Software licenses are granted for the term specified at the time of purchase (typically 12 months). Access expires at the end of the licensed term unless renewed.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Pricing for our programs is displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the listed price to your selected payment method.

Due to the digital and educational nature of our Services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Any applicable refund or upgrade policy will be communicated in your enrollment agreement. Upgrades from the DIY tier to Live Coaching may credit your prior investment as described at checkout.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Building corporate credit involves third parties — credit bureaus, vendors, and lenders — whose decisions we do not control. While our protocol is designed to maximize bankability, we make no guarantee that you will obtain any specific amount of credit, any particular credit score, or approval from any lender.

Statements regarding potential outcomes are illustrative and based on past client experiences; they are not promises of future performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including training videos, software, checksheets, written materials, graphics, and logos — is the property of Secure Seal Enterprise and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: providing false or misleading information; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfering with the security or operation of the platform; sharing your access with non-paying users; or using the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or to Secure Seal.

9. Third-Party Services

Our protocol involves interactions with third parties such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Equifax, vendors, and lenders. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities, and we are not responsible for their policies, decisions, fees, or accuracy of their data. You are solely responsible for any obligations you incur with third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific financial result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Seal Enterprise and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secure Seal Enterprise from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration conducted in Branchburg, New Jersey.
